nilearn.glm.expression_to_contrast_vector(expression, design_columns)

Converts a string describing a contrast to a contrast vector

Parameters

expressionstring

The expression to convert to a vector.

design_columnslist or array of strings

The column names of the design matrix.

This function is experimental. It may change in any future release of Nilearn.
